{Memory}

Kalia has decided she rather likes Memory, or rather our modified version of it.

 

Thanks to birthday gifts and misc. gifts we have a few different versions (Angelina Ballerina, Strawberry Shortcake & Dr. Seuss).

 

We usually take 4-5 pairs and lay them face down. She then picks one card turning it face up. She continues turning cards face up, one at a time, until she’s found the match. She caught on pretty well and I think we’re almost ready to add a couple more pairs.

She’s not quite ready to play the traditional way (2 cards at a time and if no match both cards turned back over & start again with 2 different cards), but this is something we can play together and it’s a good learning game as well as lots of fun.
