Nashville–Day 3

This was one of the days the girls were looking forward to the most.

Today we spent all day at Nashville Shores…an amazing waterpark. This waterpark has it all! A beach where you can play sand volleyball, kayaking on the lake, numerous water slides, a lazy river, HUGE wavepool, HUGE regular swimming pool and very nice kids play area.  I’ll admit I’m not a huge waterpark fan…but this one was awesome!

We got there right as the park opened, and left less than an hour before it closed. And I don’t think anyone…not once…said they were bored &/or wanted to leave. Everyone had a BLAST!

Kalia especially liked the wave pool…where she was able to play by herself. This made us quite happy, because, while she really liked the kids play area, too…there’s only so much time adults can spend in the kids area without going crazy. The wave pool was fantastic since she could play in the shallow areas while we lay in the water beside her, and then we’d switch off so each of us could spend time in the deeper water. The older girls loved being able to run off & have fun by themselves without the 3 year old Smile

It was a great, great day!
