Today marks 19 months & 16 days Kalia has been a part of our family….1 day longer than she spent in an orphanage with no family to call her own.
These past 19 months have been such a blessing! She has come so very far since that wonderful moment when she was placed in our arms. She has brought so much joy to our lives. Her smile & laughter are contagious (& often get her out of trouble…yes, it’s that cute!). Throughout her struggles to catch up, she has taught us so much. Me especially. She’s beautiful & amazing…just the way she is.
And I couldn’t imagine life without her in it.

We are so very blessed to have you in our lives, Kalia. I’m so thankful God chose us to be a witness to all the great things he has in store for you. We love you so very, very much!

ReplyDeleteYou know, most people would say Kalia is lucky to have found you guys, but I say, you guys are lucky to have found Kalia. I honest don't remember life without her and it is amazing how far she has come in just under two years. We all love you so much Kalia and we thank you for brightening our lives each and everyday!!!
