Still working on the minor setback with our travel.
We finally got everything shipped from KC USCIS to the NVC in NH. I've called the last 2 days trying to get a response from them as to when we should expect the Visa 37 to be delivered to Guangzhou, and all they tell us is it's processing.
Today, the story was different. Today it was we don't have anything. How did USCIS send it? I told them is was Fed Ex'd and arrived Tuesday morning, at 9:39 a.m., signed for by R. Pxxxxx. Find it....NOW!!!! (Ok...so I didn't say that, but I sure was thinking it!).
Come on! Give me a break here! Why is it so hard for people to do their jobs? Why, when we have called for 2 days checking on the status, could they not have looked a little deeper to be sure it really was "processing"?? WHY????
I'm supposed to call them back in an hour or so to see what they've found out. They better have good news!
If we don't get on a plane by Apr. 26 we will have to request a new consulate appointment. This is ridiculous! I just want to go get my baby!
This is AWFUL! You are most certainly in my thoughts & prayers for a quick resolution to all of this! Keep us posted. Hope to hear GREAT news soon!
