11 Months LID

We were logged in for 11 months on Sunday but to be honest these milestones are getting to where they mean nothing to me anymore. Yes we are 14 months closer but since we don't know if that means we are half-way, one third of the way, one-quarter of the way or whatever, it has lost it's meaning. But, hey, I guess we're still getting closer! Only ???? to go!

    I know what you mean. We were DTC July 19th, 07....UGH! You're telling me! Anyhow, We don't even officially have our LID yet! CCAA only sends out things in bulk & our agency this last round only had "expedited" & I think a SN referral. Anyway, our LID didn't come. Honestly, I wasn't even disappointed. For a while, we were so on pins & needles waiting on it & now, it is just like, "does it matter?!?!" We will not be any closer to our referral & with probably Aug./Sept. 07 LID......well, WHO KNOWS?!?!? Right? Anyhow...congrats on 11 months I guess! Seems like a funny thing to congratulate, but hey-we gotta take it where we can in a time when there is not much else to celebrate, right? Jen P.

    I look forward to each month marking that we've passed another month, but in the same breath, I think Am I counting up or down. If we only knew how long the wait will be. Hang in there and hopefully soon a change for the better for referrals. Now bring on that little box that reads "reviewed through 11/31/06!!" pretty please:-)
