What did that email say, you ask?
It was updated medicals of my beautiful little girl! My angel is now 16 months old, 23 lbs (probably with all her layers of clothes on), 29" tall & has 7 teeth!
Everything on her medical says she's healthy!
I'm so happy to hear she's growing & thriving. I just wish she was growing & thriving with us!
I did some checking on RQ and, in the special needs area, they have these neat little spreadsheets that are keeping track of everyone's wait. It appears the longest anyone's waited(that have already cleared the review room before their LOI was sent) before receiving their TA was 112 days. The shortest was 44 (!) and the average is around 90. 90 days would put us at receiving TA around the 13th of April, with travel around the end of April. Not too bad. The only bad thing with traveling at that time of year is the trade fair in Guangzhou. This will significantly increase both air & hotel fees. I'd rather not have to pay the exorbitant fees, so would much rather travel & be home before the end of April. That's probably not going to happen, but it would be nice.
