We (I) joined a cyber shower exchange on our November LID group. These will be quarterly showers and are in addition to our monthly Secret Pal exchange on the October LID group. Joining these groups helps me get to know others who are on the same journey we are. It helps keep it "real" for me. Since the wait is so long, it's easy to get think "Did I dream this up?" "We really did embark on a journey to adopt from China, didn't we?" Besides, they are so much fun!!!!
This month we had our first exchange. Our buddy was Sherri Anderson from Florida. She sent the cutest washcloths/hooded towels, soft itty bitty baby doll, cute butterfly clippies, 2 board books, frilly socks and the cutest outfit with "Mommy Loves Me" on the front. We love everything and can't wait to see the outfit on our little one!
