My hubby and I have been married 11 wonderful years as of October 1. We finally got time to celebrate those years with some time alone together. We had wonderful plans to take the girls to their grandparents, enjoy dinner & a movie together Friday night and head to Kansas City for the day. We now remember why we never make plans! It rained all day!!!!!!
So, what did we do instead?? We visited the casino. Yep, our plans for a (semi) romantic get-together turned into a fun-filled day at the casino! But hey, at least we were together, right??
No, seriously we had a GREAT time. Luckily, we know how making plans goes with us, and we've learned to be very flexible. We enjoyed just being able to have an adult conversation and be alone for a day and 2 whole nights! And to top it all off, we actually won something at the casino!
