I'm discovering I'm not very good at keeping up with this whole blogging thing. I have good intentions - just no time. I know, make time! Easier said than done! I'll try to do better.
The girls had their annual check-ups this week. They are growing like weeds! Even though they are 2 years apart, you couldn't tell it by their height & weight. Amanda is 52 1/2" tall and weighs in at about 81 pounds. Emilee is 51 1/2" tall and weighs 85 lbs. Not much of a difference!
They did very well at the exam, even though I told them they didn't have to have any shots - and then heard from the adoption agency that they had to have a TB test done. So we just decided to do that while we were there anyway. They took it pretty well, considering. The only concern was with Amanda's back. They said her right rib cage is higher than her left, which could produce a slight curvature of her spine. The Dr. said she will keep a close eye on it. Emilee is perfectly healthy!
Done till next year!! Yeah!!!
